SEC1: commissioning of generator enclosure water mist

All ten enclosures are commissioned and every set is back in service.

From October 20 to 24 we will commission the new heat detection and water mist systems in the SEC1 generator enclosures, one set at a time, as recommended in our report on the June 24 fire. Each set will be out of service for about four hours while its system is tested. The plant stays at N or better throughout, and Hall 4 at 2N.
