SEC1: tidal flooding on Sedgebank Road, gates 6 and 7 deployed

The road is clear. Gates 6 and 7 have been stood down and the south entrance is open. The water reached 7.1 ft, 9.7 ft below the finished floor of Halls 1 to 3.

Information
This morning’s high tide is forecast at 7.4 ft at the Hackensack gauge, which floods the low section of Sedgebank Road south of our entrance. As a precaution we have deployed barrier gates 6 and 7 at the south entrance. Please use the north entrance until further notice. The facility is not affected.
